Description:  Heishman’s proposal for the site is inspired by the design and views of the park. The design of the park references a river meandering downhill and creating a passage. From the park you can view the structure of the Aurora bridge. Heishman’s proposal combines an aesthetic connection to the structure of the bridge with a water moving structure that appears to be wood at first glance but is fabricated of metal. The artwork adds to the conceptual layers of what takes place at the site and provides subtle humor.
