Her Dream

Her Dream is a mixture of images representing various eras in history, 1950s, 1970s, along with the neutral space of the sky, depicting the dream space where we have no sense of real perspective or time. Strong movement and the main female figure gesturing in multiple poses simultaneously leaves the viewer swirling in her feeling of being off balance. The organic forms of orchids and clouds provide the main character a touchstone as she navigates the otherworldly space of her dream. –Artist statement
