Looking like the bizarre lab experiment conducted by a collaborating team of botanists and a geologists, the sculptor seems to be attempting to resuscitate a shattered rock. By juxtaposing the sterility of the Plexiglas housing to the warmth of the bronze, and attaching mysterious feeding tubes to the cleaved stone, one is tempted to think that he might have a chance of breathing life back into this little piece of damaged nature.
