Somewhere between architecture and a natural rock formation, this sculpture abstracts its form from both while looking like neither. And while giving the impression that it was wrenched apart, the actual process of making these twisted forms was a painstaking exercise in precision metal work. The piece was acquired through the 1975 Bumbershoot Purchase Project. Baudoin's works are placed throughout the region, including the large installation located in front of Seattle Central Community College.
