Untitled (Landscape in Grey and White)

While I was a student at the California School of Fine Arts (now the San Francisco Art Institute), I was influenced by Clyfford Still, of course.  But there have been others.  To list them, I think, would be misleading.
 
Ivey, the foremost Abstract Expressionist in the Northwest, continued to live in the Northwest because my roots are here, and I haven't found anyplace else in the United States that I like better.  However, I think I could work almost anyplace. Artist statement
