Fallen/Emerging, 1998

For the past decade I have worked with a series of constructions I call Shadow Boxes. These constructions were partly inspired by ideas from collateral drawings made with the work on the constructions and the photography. My pictures produce in me either a feeling of dread or just pure excitement at bringing forth a beautiful image.  My purpose is purely personal and expressive.  I work by feeling my way.
