Hoh National Forest

My source of inspiration is the great outdoors. Growing up in a small town in the Philippines gave me the opportunity to appreciate nature. Living in Hawaii and then in Washington State, solidified my respect for the environment. This work was inspired by the beauty of the Northwest. It represents a unique climate pattern that is common in this region. Through art, I convey an environmental situation and our responsibility to protect nature. –Artist statement
