First Marriage # 3

My work begins with an emotion.  I explore this in a questioning dialogue in a search for what is real and authentic.  This is expressed in a narrative that fluctuates between foreground and background, that like nature, is mobile and changing.  Images are depicted in a reference to experienced time, rather than in a linear connection; the culmination of separate parts lead to an intense emotion. –Artist statement
