Fish Bowls

The three artists met while studying at Cornish College of the Arts and began working together in 1999.  Since that time they have attempted to create a body of work they consider to be a greater overall statement than what could be achieved individually.  In this August 2000 installation they filled 76 fish bowls with 151 fish and placed them within the natural setting of Duval upon 3-foot high cedar posts.  The fish were humanely cared for and survived with artistic vigor.
