Day

The images in my paintings are rooms with windows, doors, light, and mystery.  The overall feeling is stillness, places to ponder, of the next step to be taken, of possibilities.  The paintings are based on decision or indecision: How to make (or not to make) decisions, where decisions take you (or don't take you) and the comings and goings and stayings of this mysterious process.
 
I would love to show these paintings in a small, 4 walled, windowless room.  Before you enter the room, you'd see Night.  In the room, you'd be surrounded by the Four Seasons (series).  As you left the room, you'd see Day –Artist statement
