Mound

I am deeply affected by my geographical position in the Northwest and reference the mountains and built spaces which surround me. I am currently working on collapsing the space between the built environment and the natural landscape. I use the methods and materials of drawing to do this and there is a vibration (both optical and psychological) I'm exploring which occurs when these two worlds overlap. –Artist statement
