Transcendental Theatre: Crystal Man

Once I took a walk in the woods.  The trees were illuminated against a moonlit night in a way that made them appear as a kind of energy field - like lightning bolts shooting up from the ground.  It didn't happen fast or in a flash, but very slowly and quietly, without thunder. My artwork is about making this kind of connection between things, to see how energy might move through things - to make a picture out of it. –Artist statement
