Brian Goldbloom works with a variety of stone that can be seen as commissioned public sculpture throughout the region. In the mid-1980s he was selected as one of the Seattle Bus Tunnel artists. These stones, purchased for the City Art Collection from the 1975 Bumbershoot Northwest Open Visual Art Show exhibit his interest in the juxtaposition of surface and abstracted form.
