Radix Series, #1

I work non-objectively because I want to make something much simpler than pictures or narratives.  I do not want the in-directness of reference or representation.  I want all of the information necessary to the apprehension of the piece to be accessible to the viewer in the encounter with the work.  I am interested in the engaged act of seeing and in extreme uncertainty and creative acts, dissolution, chaos, choice, and arbitrary ordering. –Artist statement
