I am fascinated with the idea of drawing, creating similar works, which although are intended to be identical, are always idiosyncratic in which the surface, marks, scratches and so forth turn out to be singular. The work is a final product of a human hand forever reradiating the inner mind and condition of the being that produced it. –Artist statement
