Soda Lake, 1984

Soda Lake was a key image for me in my outdoor panoramic series because, for me, I felt it represented the entire series. It depicts a wide outdoor landscape, with a family of picnic'ers/fishermen engaged in their accustomed activities in this outdoor environment, while it accented the importance of the discrete moments utilized in each of the frames. –Artist statement
