Luminescent Limacons in Evening

I am a self-taught artist with a background in mathematics. Mathematics gives us the perfect way to describe the dynamic nature of relationships, both geometric and interpersonal. In this painting, I create a geometric model that tells a story about how people connect with each other, and how that relationship changes over the course of their lives.  –Artist statement
