Placed at the intersection of 14th and Madison, this sculpture consists of multiple vibrantly colored frames, echoing the surrounding buildings and reflecting the range of people living in the area. This intersection is a convergence of the Capitol Hill, Central District, and First Hill neighborhoods.

The sculpture is painted in two color gradients; a warm palette is seen when looking east toward the sunrise, while a cool palette is seen when looking west toward sunset and evening. This sculpture is intended to reflect the converging neighborhoods and their constant transformation and change. As the viewer moves around the sculpture, the composition continues to expand and contract and recreate itself.

Its intention is to celebrate the people who live here, the people who have lived here, and to welcome the people who will live here in the future.

Location: East Madison Street, East Pike Street, and 14th Avenue, Seattle WA 98122
