The artist stood atop a walking bridge over Montlake Blvd. near the University of Washington campus with his camera and recorded a series the expressions by drivers passing under him.  This photograph is one of many in the series. The artist purposely encouraged graininess to suggest a detachment with the people as well as blur identity.
