Creating sweet and somber images of piles of garbage, primitive shelters and free couches, I use brilliant cut vinyl to tell us stories about how we manage our trash and natural resources. In Green Stack, I used the contrast of natural yard waste with square household debris to create a temporary urban monument to once loved domestic goods. –Artist statement
