Salish Blanket Xwlemi (Lummi)

This blanket is hand crafted by the Native American Indians of the Lummi Indian reservation of Washington State. Northwest Coast Indian Art is often seen as totem poles and ornately carved wall panels and frequently these articles symbolize the Native region. This blanket, however represents beauty and function.
