Make Your Move (96/96)

I have worked to perfect my craft since copying my mother's drawings when I was five.  I work in several mediums. . . My challenge in etching is to unlock that spirit from a cold metal plate.

I remember watching my father play checkers often when I was a child.  This print is reminiscent of that time. –Artist statement
