I am interested in how people transfer meaning to place and how they manifest this impulse in their environments and neighborhoods.  I am interested in language and signs, pictures and symbols, repetitive symbols and patterns and how they affect meaning.  For me, the process of creating this work involves a series of questions and actions which visually, intellectually or perceptually address issues of culture. –Artist statement
