Black Light

Black Light began as a simple line drawing from a dream image and evolved into a piece about the dualities of darkness and light, vision and blindness, joy and pain, intimacy and infinity. To me it is about the double-edged nature of the need to create, the sacred spark which exists in the darkness, and the deceptiveness of that which appears to be sweetness and light.  –Artist statement
