Edge/Glass II

In 1974, in an effort to fight high unemployment, the federal government funded an employment program called the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act or CETA.  Among those was a series of art commissions in Seattle entitled The Artist in the City.  This print was one of the works that the city received for its collection under that program.
