Safety Without Walls II

The term nesting is often used in reference not only to the behavior of birds but also of people.  Settling down, building a home, and raising a family can all be equated with nesting.  Parents face the empty nest syndrome when the children grow up and move away.  In this print, the artist considers the beauty in design and function of birds that flourish without traditional nests.  Without Walls reflects on wall-less living and the connected mysteries of nature and humanity.
