My approach to making art is being drawn more and more to an integrated media. . . relying more on mechanical and photomechanical reproduction technologies, combining them with what I already know about traditional painting. . . I continually strive to question the inherent metaphors of my methods and materials. . .  I will continue to develop my own symbols and icons, applying them to the circumstances we all face. –Artist statement
