Dividers

I grew up in a small fishing and logging community in Northern Ontario, bordering northern Minnesota. I spent my summers on the water, camping, canoeing, and fishing.  My father owned a hardware and outdoor supply store where I worked summers, after school and weekends selling tools, fishing and camping gear.  When my mind turns to sacred and nostalgic objects from my childhood, hammers, wrenches and fishing lures come to mind. –Artist statement
