Duwamish River Project #11

This hand-colored photograph was taken by the noted Seattle photographer along the banks of the Duwamish River.  My interest in photographing the Duwamish River lies more with the river, the land, the light and the weather -- rather than the city and the industrial areas nearby.  The lights of the city show up in the distant background of the photograph, as seen through the trees and in the reflections on the surface of the river. –Artist statement
