I confidently pursue my passion of detail, mixed with an atmosphere of color. Working fast, with no intention of accuracy, the result is a more naïve and personal touch. My intention was to evoke a mood from the monotone use of color and the slightly dark gray sky, and at the same time revealing the warmth of color and the crowds of Seattle. –Artist statement
