Meats, Fishes and Proteins

My work focuses upon my day-to-day habits as a consumer.  In 2000, I documented my diet over a 9-week period and generated a personalized periodic table hoping to gain insight into my dietary habits.  From that table, a series of screen prints was executed.  The color makes reference to the materiality of the foods.  The numbers relate to the quantity and chronology of each item consumed. –Artist statement
