Raven Shouts Water

This drawing was made as a Hatchcover proposal design featuring the iconography water and fish overlaid by the shape of the raven in movement.   While these are literal images there is a great degree of abstraction in the line work so it will not necessarily be read as a picture.  The dynamic will be created by the approaching pedestrian's experience of how the light hits, reflects and reveals the image.  The artwork illustrates that there is a common concern for the valuable resource that water is to all of us.
