Description: The artists extended the idea of Water = Energy from the main facility to Energy = Light, using dichroic glass to represent energized light. Clear glass beads and wedge shapes of yellow and blue dichroic glass are sandwiched in a large window adjacent to the entry to the Apprentice Training Center.  The overall image that is formed suggests an energy-charged form enlivening the glass.

Location: Seattle City Light Apprentice Training Center, 3613 4th Avenue South, Seattle WA  98134
