Proposal: Site # 3 Interstate 5's Cherry Street Exit and Access Ramp

This is not an actual finished artwork in the usual sense of fine art. The work was submitted as a proposal for a commissioned artwork that was subsequently never actually realized.  Interestingly, it is a proposal depicting Gateway (Key) Tower under construction and the accompanying on-ramp that tunnels under the building.
