Eight Block Blue (1/1)

The artist approached this print series in a manner similar to my making of sculpture, in which a thing is made, content is objectified and clear, and an image might remain illusive, ephemeral and mysterious in its openness to interpretation.  I wanted to do this without depicting, without drawing, and I wanted the result to be simple and clear. –Artist statement
