Panorama Proposal

This was Cowie's proposal for a Seattle City Light elevator lobby in the Seattle Municipal Tower that was not realized. Claire Cowie lives and works in Seattle. She is a Full-Time Lecturer at the University of Washington in the Interdisciplinary Visual Arts Program. Claire received a BFA in Printmaking from Washington University in St. Louis in 1997 and an MFA in Printmaking from the University of Washington, Seattle in 1999. Collections include Twitter, Facebook, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Microsoft, Amgen Corporation, 4Culture, Tacoma Art Museum, Henry Art Gallery, Swedish Cancer Institute.
