Low-Income Housing

It is not clear if the title means that this is an image of low-income housing being demolished, or if it is a picture of the demolition which is necessary to build low cost housing. In either event, this is an unblinking look at the effect of time and change on a piece of architecture. And, indirectly, of how cities grow and the consequences of that growth on a city's inhabitants.
