Inside The Water Tower, Volunteer Park, Seattle

This photograph captures the interior of a very familiar water tank in Volunteer Park, however a large majority of Seattle residents have perhaps never ventured to the top of the tower via the curved staircase.  From the top floor, seen here, the visitor has a panoramic view of Capital Hill through the exterior windows.  Here, the artist has focused upon the lines of the chain link fence that protects the actual water tank, creating a graceful shape that spans three photographs.
