The North Cascades: Part 1 - Box Ridge

When he first began making prints, Anderson would simply lay the transparent film over a drawing he had made and more or less trace it out, using it as the backbone of the image making process.  Soon, his process evolved to drawing directly on the film with a blade.  This brought a sense of immediacy to the process and allowed him to develop a style of his own.
