Two Men at a Party

From the series, Thieves. I used to work at SAM with fellow guard, Nick Brown. Years ago, Nick had his car parked downtown by the museum at night. When he came back, he found an exposed roll of film on his driver's seat. Around the film was a lawyer's business card which read: Associated Counsel for the Accused. Nick gave the undeveloped film to me years later. When developed, there were lots of party scenes with very high people, gang signs, and a pit bull. –Artist statement
