Reflect

Reflect speaks about the relationship between Orca whales and salmon. The tails represent Orca whales, and there are salmon shown inside of them. The piece emulates the ecosystem of the waters they swim in, and the light of the sun that helps everything flourish. 

Orca whales and salmon are often represented together, because Orcas would have a hard time without salmon, and Northwest Coast culture focuses on the vitality that nature brings us.–Artist statement
