Whole Parts (Body Scan)

Whole Parts (Body Scan) is from a performance with a scanner. I was interested in exploring and examining my body in a way that could perhaps reveal more than the naked eye could catch. The finished image is distorted but certain areas reveal heightened surface detail and chance as controlled by the parameters of the actions performed. –Artist statement
