Rita Jo Catskills, Lady Boxer

This features a recurring subject in my work – an allegorical female boxer.  She is touch and cute at the same time, a little mischievous and slightly worried.  I first started reading about female boxers years ago in Seattle, specifically 'Dallas Molloy,' a girl who, at the age of 16, renamed herself and was a serious contender.
