Roppongi Number Wall

Panorama Japan is a study of how contemporary Japanese culture overlaps the country's ancestral Buddhist background. Using a 60-year-old Japanese swing-lens panoramic cameras, I was interested in showing the beautiful, contrasting ways in which old and new cultures inform each other. –Artist statement
