Out of the Window I

There is an apparent disconnection between a title that should refer to a landscape or cityscape and this work that is a formalistic, minimalist exercise in the juxtaposition of attractive though apparently randomly chosen colors.  Is this a literal rendering of a scene, or an extreme reduction of a landscape as seen through the window?  Sometimes titles clarify a work's intent; sometimes they only serve to complicate the matter.
