This piece was acquired for the Portable Collection through a Ceramic and Glass Invitational Purchase in 1983.  It is a hybrid of architecture, sculpture and childhood's toys.  As simple as it appears, this little building manages to remain charming, quiet and mysterious.  Unfortunately the artist did not leave us a written explanation of her thoughts regarding this work.
