Rubble Formation #2

Concepts of collection inspire my work. The natural world is based on accumulation from the atomic level all the way up to and beyond our solar system, and as humans we imitate this in all aspects of our lives. I use the ambiguity of scale to express these ideas. In this work, these building blocks are recycled into new forms reminiscent of cells or solar systems. –Artist statement
