On Guard!

Look closer to discover details, for example: a siren on the rocks (from a Starbucks card!) I utilize recycled material to create vibrant mosaics which engage the viewer on multiple levels. I delight in re-purposing a pile of discarded credit cards, gas cards, and gift cards to create imagery that draws the viewer in to discover the details and then realize in surprise the materials used. –Artist statement
